Today started as a great day, not that it didn’t end just as good, but there a few (a lot) of bumps along the way. Got up early, got the kids dressed and to school on time, and came back home to do my hair and makeup for some videos.
Just before I picked up the kids, I got some great news. My kids school would help me pay for my schooling, how amazing!! Picked up the kids, talked a bit and came home. Then it started 🙃. Elijah (my youngest) gave me his daily dose of attitude because his food wasn’t ready when he wanted it to be. Yet after he ate, he proceeded to rip out the blinds one by one. And now I get to go blind shopping. Lucky me 🥲.
After all the terrorizing lol, I read my kids 2 bedtime stories that they handpicked and my little 2 year old dinosaur is falling asleep soundly by my legs as I type this. (I gave him some melatonin 😉 and I took some too 😂.)
All in all, I’m grateful for my life, my kids, our home and our bond. And who woulda thought, they’re so much cuter when they’re asleep 😌.
